Family Ctenophthalmidae (Order Siphonaptera) has been regarded as a ‘catchall’ for a variety of divergent taxa shows paraphyletic origin. In turn, Ctenophthalmus sp. (Ctenophthalmidae) including 300 valid taxa described. In this genus, men easily distinguished based on the size, shape, and chaetotaxy their genitals; However, women showed little morphological differences with each other. The main objective of this research is to carry out morphometric comparative, phylogenetic and molecular studies of two distinct subspecies: Ctenophthalmus baeticus boisseauorum and Ctenophthalmus apertus allani to clarify and discuss its taxonomic status. From the point of morphological and biometrical point of view, we find a clear distinction between abdominal segments modification of the men of the two subspecies and a slight difference in the margin of the sternum VII of all specimens of women who are not in accordance with the results of molecular and phylogenetic based on four molecular markers of different ( mediakan internal Spacer 1 and 2 of ribosomal DNA, and partial cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 mitochondrial DNA and cytochrome b).
Thus, we observed phenotypic plasticity between the two subspecies, which does not correspond to the real genotype variability or environmental or ecological conditions are different. Basing on these results, we can assume that there is no strong argument to consider two ‘morphosubspecies’ as two distinct taxa. We propose that C. b. boisseauorum should be considered a junior synonym of C. a. allani.Accumulations investigated potentially toxic metals in the soil, and five species of North Caucasian regions Alyssum of metalliferous and non-metalliferous areas in Karachay-Cherkessia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Dagestan and the Krasnodar region.
The analysis of field samples showed that the chemical features of the soil significantly affect concentrations of Ni, Co, Zn, but it has less effect on the concentration of Cu and Pb in the shoots of Alyssum. Variations in the rate of gathering capabilities found in the species studied, including hiperakumulasi Ni in Alyssum murale (up to 12,100 mg kg-1), and a significant accumulation of Zn in A. gehamense (up to 1700 mg kg-1). A comparative molecular genetic analysis of two populations of A. murale, both residents of Ni-hyperaccumulating of Karachay-Cherkessia and non-hyperaccumulating population of Dagestan, showed a fairly large genetic differences between them. These results support the hypothesis that the selection of the metal hiperakumulator species with enhanced phytoremediation efficiency should be considered at the population level.
A survey of molecular and phylogenetic analysis of pig Circovirus type 3 using oral fluid, faeces and serum
Background: Porcine Circovirus Circovirus type 3 is the most recently discovered hog and emerging pathogens. In this study the presence status on some farms Slovenia reported. The effectiveness of the vaccine against swine Circovirus type 2 assessed against swine Circovirus type of sample Group 3. Oral fluid, faeces and individual serum samples taken from six different categories of pigs and tested for the presence of viral DNA, using both real-time and conventional PCR. positive samples were subjected to direct Sanger sequencing. The nucleotide sequences were analyzed and compared with GenBank sequences PCV3.
Results: Positive samples were sent for genome sequencing, which confirmed the presence of the virus in all categories of pigs on five different farms. A high to moderate correlation strong statistical significance was found between individual serum samples, oral fluid and feces. Slovenia PCV3 found to be distributed in the same way with other countries. Slovenia PCV3 nt sequence highly related, share more than 99.5% nt identity.
Molecular characterization and phylogenetic analysis of Anopheles (Anophelinae: Culicidae) mosquitoes of Oriental and Afrotropical zone Zoogeographic in Saudi Arabia.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has a diverse fauna due to the strange position bordering the Afrotropical, Oriental and Palaearctic zoogeographic zone. This study reports on the phylogenetic of five species belonging to five series of Anopheles mosquitoes (Cellia). We collect mosquito larvae from the east, west and southwest of KSA. mosquito samples were identified using morphological image button mosquitoes and characterized by using a single analysis and multi-locus-internal transcribed spacer 2 (ITS2) region and cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI).
Based on morphological data and molecular five recognized species, such as An. stephensi (Neocellia) (Oriental), An. arabiensis (Pyretophorus) (Afrotropical), An. dthali (Myzomyia) (Oriental and Palaearctic), An. cinereus (Paramyzomyia) and An. rhodesiensis Rupicola (Neomyzomyia) (Oriental and Palaearctic). Phylogenetic analysis showed that An. stephensi is monophyletic species with different ecotypes are found in different geographic regions. Comprehensive phylogenetic and population genetics studies are very important for a better understanding of the role of these five species of mosquitoes in malaria transmission in various zoogeographic zones ecological characteristics and a different demographic.

There is no current data on genotype Marek’s disease virus (MDV) in poultry Turkey, therefore, this study was conducted to analyze CVI988 / Rispens, turkey herpes virus (HVT) vaccine virus and virus field MDV and to perform phylogenetic analysis of MDV in Turkey chickens.2 layer. In 2017 and 2018, a total of 602 spleen samples collected from 49 layers herd of Marmara, West Black Sea and Aegean regions. DNA was extracted from samples of spleen and samples were analyzed by real-time PCR probes for detecting CVI988 / Rispens and HVT vaccine virus and field MDV strains.
