Primer sequences : Beta-tubulin

This compilation of primers is from Glass & Donaldson (1995) and O’Donnell & Cigelnik (1997). Please let us know if new primers that we are not aware of should be included here.

Recently, members of our lab (O'Brien et al., 2009) designed a new Peltigera-specific primer for this gene:

bt_34F: 5'-TTCTCCCCACGCGTCTAC-3'

It is a forward primer that anneals to part of the intron sequence adjacent to the T1 priming site.
