Research Interests:

Snehal (Sav) Sarvate graduated with a B.S. in Biology from Duke in 2003. She worked with our lab from July, 2003 through March, 2004 as a research assistant. Her diverse work included molecular and microbial biology with a special focus on endophytic and lichenicolous fungi. Sav also pursued an independent research project focusing on Aspergillus with Carla Rydholm.

Sav will join the M.D./Ph.D. program at the University of Virginia in June, 2004.
